CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PIANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> January 29,1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pro Tem McGinn at 7:30 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call: LeTourneau, Johnson, Kronk, Carlson, <br /> McGinn, and newly appointed member Howard Peterson. <br /> Also present: Harry Lekson, Jim Fornell <br /> New member, Lowell Thompson, arrived at 7:36. <br /> Motion by McGinn, seconded by Kronk to approve the minutes of the Planning <br /> Board meeting of December 18, 1973• <br /> Motion carried. , <br /> Motion by LeTourneau, seconded by Peterson to schedule a temporary work <br /> session for the first Tuesday of each month to be held in the City Hall at <br /> 7:30 P.M. until the updating of the zoning ordinance is completed and to <br /> continue to hold regular meetings of the Board the third Tuesday of each <br /> month in the Council Chambers at Wilshire School at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Jim Fornell led the discussion of zoning, weaknesses of the existing ordinances, <br /> new techniques and directions and gave his specific recommendations regarding <br /> changes in the ordinances. He also presented a new zoning map with the changes <br /> he was proposing. It was decided that no vote should be taken on the proposals <br /> until further revisions were presented. <br /> Motion by Johnson, seconded by McGinn to delay the selection of a permanent <br /> Chairman until the March 5, 1974 meeting in order that the new members might <br /> have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with Board procedures. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by LeTourneau, seconded by Peterson to adjourn at 10:15 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Helen Crowe, Secy. <br />
