ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> November 1, 1977 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9 : 45 p.m. by Chairman Hiebel . <br /> Present: Marks , Bowerman, Klick, Rymarchick, Letourneau and Hiebel. <br /> Absent: Cowan <br /> Also Present: Jim Fornell, City Manager <br /> After reviewing the proposals and qualifications of the two finalists <br /> for the planning study of the Kenzie Terrace area and the required <br /> comprehensive plan, the following motion was made: <br /> Motion by Klick, seconded by Letourneau to recommend to the City <br /> . Council that the proposal of BRW, Inc. , for the Commercial Area Study <br /> (Kenzie Terrace area) be accepted. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> It was also the feeling of the Board that, because of inherent effi- <br /> ciencies, that the same firm be engaged to complete the required com- <br /> prehensive plan. <br /> Motion by Marks , seconded by Klick to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried unanimously; the meeting was adjourned at 9 : 50 p.m. <br /> Jim Fornell <br /> Acting Secretary <br />
