CALL TO ORDER <br /> 10 Chair Melsha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 13 Chair Melsha invited the Council and the audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 III. ROLL CALL. <br /> 16 Commissioners present: Chair Melsha; Vice Chair Stille, Commissioners Hanson, Steeves, <br /> 17 and Thomas. <br /> 18 Absent: Commissioner Tillman. <br /> 19 Also present: Assistant City Manager Susan Henry. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion by Vice Chair Stille, second by Commissioner Thomas, to approve the meeting agenda <br /> 24 with the change above. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 V. PUBLIC INPUT. <br /> 29 Hearing no comments, Chair Melsha moved forward with the agenda. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 VI. MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 32 6.1 Review/Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes of November 20, 2001. <br /> 33 Vice Chair Stille requested the following deletion: Page 3, Line 12 to strike: "where he <br /> 34 lives." <br /> 35 Chair Melsha requested the following change: Page 5, Line 4 to read: "...and suggested <br /> 36 that the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council consider amending the <br /> 37 zoning code to allow this use as a conditional use." Strike the remainder of the sentence. <br /> 38 Commissioner Thomas requested the following correction: Page 14, Line 2: change <br /> 39 "five"to "ten". <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Vice Chair Stille, second by Commissioner Hanson, to approve the Planning <br /> 42 Commission meeting minutes of November 20,2001,as amended above. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 VII. COMMUNICATION WITH CITY COUNCIL. <br /> 47 7.1 Designate a Planning Commission member to the City Council regular meeting of <br /> • 48 August 28,2001. <br /> 49 Chair Melsha appointed Commissioner Steeves to attend the next City Council meeting <br /> 50 on January 8, 2002. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 <br />
