If over that size, it would be included <br /> 11 in the FAR calculation. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Hall stated it will add more square footage to the FAR. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Thomas stated the Council minutes mention language recommended by the Building <br /> 16 Inspector. Hall stated she has not seen that language. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Chair Melsha noted the proposed language is not inconsistent with what other cities are <br /> 19 doing. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Hall stated if this is approved, the Brama case would be conforming.
