NIEKUS STUDIOS LTD <br /> SUNSET FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY PLANNING STUDIES <br /> S7 ANTI MINNESOTA EXPANSION/RENOVATION STUDIES <br /> EXPANSION/RENOVATION STUDIES <br /> In response to the request by the City of St Anthony Planning Commission,MSL has studied two possible reuse and expansion options for the existing Administration Building These studies are shown on the following <br /> pages and are listed'Existing Building Study-Option A'and'Existing Building Study-Option A' These studies were an attempt to reuse the existing Administration Building to the extent possible and expand with the <br /> required square footage needed for the Funeral home. <br /> Option A—wraps a new two story addition around the 4 sides of the existing building adding approximately 8,400 s f of budding to the existing 3,700 s f Administration Building Although this options allows foi better <br /> vehicular Circulation around the building than Option B,it essentially conceals the original building from St Anthony Boulevard <br /> Option B -is an attempt to keep mote of the original building facade unaltered by expanding the new building further west into the cemetery property This solution would cause the size and location of interior spaces to <br /> be compromised clue to the existing budding walls Necessary vehicular traffic around the building would be elirmnated due to the location of existing ground graves <br /> PROJECT NO 20425 <br /> Page-11 <br />'� November 16,2004 <br />
