STAFF REPORT <br /> To: Planning Commission Report No.: IX.1. <br /> From: Kim Moore-Sykes,Assistant City Manager <br /> Date: March 15, 2005 <br /> Subject: 3605 —29`''Avenue NE <br /> Requested Action: Concept Review <br /> None;information only. <br /> Background: <br /> Mr. Patrick O'Connor met with Staff regarding his plan to purchase the property at 3605 —29`h Avenue NE and <br /> his proposal to use the property for auto sales business for specialty cars, classics and custom models. As he <br /> states in the attached letter, his plan is to keep 15 to 25 vehicles on site for sale either in the show room or <br /> parked on the west side of the property during business hours. These vehicles would be ready for sale and not <br /> junked vehicles. He explained that he is planning to handle his inventory similarly to the Hitching Post,whereby <br /> he would display his vehicles outside during business hours and then store them inside during the off hours. <br /> Mr. O'Connor is before the Planning Commission to more fully discuss his plans for this property and to answer <br /> any questions or concerns the Commission may have with his proposal.
