Upon reviewing the square footage of the lot, I advised Mr. Walek that the <br /> proposed splitting of his lot would result in two non-conforming residential lots. We discussed the possibility of <br /> obtaining a lot split variance. <br /> Mr. Walek also asked if it would be possible to build a twin home unit on this property. I reviewed the <br /> Ordinance requirements for an R-2 use with him and advised him that he would then have to apply to have the <br /> property rezoned to R-2.
