The site has been modified due to interest by restaurants <br /> to place the sit down restaurant in the existing retail center on the west side and add a new, <br /> smaller building on the northern point. <br /> In adding that building,we have interest from a Coffee operator•for the eastern end of the new <br /> building. They are requiring a drive-thru window to allow them to effective-Compete in the <br /> market. We have designed the site to allow for a drive-thru on the site. We feel that the amount <br /> of use of the drive-thru and the stacking provided are adequate for this users. <br /> This request is limited to this type of user.
