Originally, staff understood that this new facility was to be used <br /> for private, in-house use. <br /> In reviewing the City's Zoning Ordinance,there is no allowance given for this use either as a permitted use <br /> or a permitted conditional use. The petitioners may consider proposing a text amendment to the <br /> Ordinance to allow catering in the LI zoning district as a permitted conditional use. The Commercial <br /> zoning district does allow this use as a permitted conditional use.
