Per City of St <br /> Anthony Codes,a restaurant cannot be located closer than 250 feet from a residential'-parcel. = <br /> Previously,the City granted a CUP for the placement'of a 6,000 s.f. restaurant on the northern <br /> point of the site,which was within 250 feet of residential properties(a copy is attached). The <br /> new site plans moves-the restaurant location slightly to the east on the pad site,but would-require <br /> the same CUP as previously granted within the.250 feet. . <br /> Overall,there-is,no change in,the site plan that was previously approved other than the square, <br /> footage,of the restaurant has'been reduced to 4,500 square feet, from 6,000 square feet.
