CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- Restaurant within 250' of residential area. <br /> B. VARIANCE PETITION-Building Setback- Out Lot <br /> C. VARIANCE PETITION-On-Site Parking <br /> Minnesota State Statutes require that any land use or zoning related applications be <br /> approved or denied by the governing body within 60 days of receipt of the completed <br /> application by the political subdivision. To be in compliance with this statute,the City <br /> responds to submitted applications in the following manner. <br /> AMCON's request for the above-listed actions for North Outlot at St. Anthony <br /> Marketplace will be presented to the Planning Commission for a concept review on July <br /> 19,2005 and public hearing on August 16,2005. Following this public hearing, the <br /> Planning Commission,which is an advisory body to the City Council,will make their <br /> recommendation for approval or denial to the City Council. The City Council will make <br /> a decision on your applications at the August 23rd Council meeting. <br /> A representative from AMCON is required at all three meetings.
