Chapter 9 of the Falcon Heights City Code is amended b <br /> 9-13.08 to provide: htCiY adding Section <br /> 9-13.08 Vehicle Sales. Subdivision 1. Residential District. Motor vehicl <br /> es and <br /> recreational vehicles which are permitted within the respective residential district ma <br /> be advertised for sale and sold provided the vehicle is owned by the reside y <br /> wher <br /> the vehicle is parked and the vehicle is currently licensed and operable. Vehicles that <br /> e <br /> are displayed for sale shall not be parked or stored on public property or the <br /> public <br /> rights of way on Snelling Avenue 'and its frontage roads; r <br /> a <br /> Hamline Avenue Fairview <br /> Avenue, Roselawn Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.
