Mr. Mornson replied <br /> 2 about$1,000. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Grey, to adopt Resolution 05- <br /> 5 086,re: Charge for copies/police reports. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 D. Consider Ordinance 05-013, re: park dedication fees. (second reading) <br /> 10 Mr. Mornson reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this is the second <br /> 11 reading to amend park dedication fees, which allows the City to become more in line with the <br /> 12 going rate. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Grey, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br /> 15 013, re: Park dedication fees. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 E. Consider Ordinance 05-014, re: Wine and 3.2 malt liquor combination license. (second <br /> 20 reading) <br /> 21 Mr. Mornson reviewed the ordinance with the Council and indicated that this will allow <br /> 22 businesses with an on-sale wine license and an on-sale 3.2 malt liquor license to sell intoxicating <br /> 23 malt liquor without an additional license. He added there currently are two businesses in the <br /> 24 City this would apply to. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Councilmember Grey asked if there are any other restaurants in the City looking at doing <br /> 27 something like this. Mr. Mornson replied none currently in the City,but some that are looking at <br /> 28 coming into the City. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion by Councilmember Grey, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br /> 31 014, re: Wine and 3.2 malt liquor combination license. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 F. Consider Ordinance 05-015,re: Fees for combination liquor license. (second reading) <br /> 36 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to adopt Ordinance 05- <br /> 37 015, re: Fees for combination liquor license. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCILMEMBERS. <br /> 42 City Manager Mornson reported the following: <br /> 43 • The next City Council meeting will start at 8:00 p.m. <br /> 44 • There will be a public swearing-in for the two new officers that are starting, and the new <br /> 45 captain and new sergeant will be introduced. <br /> 46 • Staff is waiting for changes to the Cable Commission report. <br /> 47 • There is a tentative police union contract agreement. <br />
