• 'a <br /> Section 1315 — SWIMMING POOLS <br /> 1315.01 Definition. For purposes of this Section,sSwimn-ng pools are defined as any <br /> structure,basin,basin ,chamber or tank containing an artificial body of water used <br /> for swimming, diving or recreational bathing,over 24 inches in depth,or with a <br /> surface area of more than 150 square feet, that is constructed above or below <br /> ground. <br /> 1315.04 Safety Requirements. Safety precautions must be at a minimum to comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (a) All outdoor swimming_pools existing and hereafter constructed shall <br /> be completely enclosed by a security fence or wall at least four M <br /> but no more than six (6) feet high and located at least four (4) feet <br /> from the edge of the pool.
