The boundaries of Redevelopment Project Area No.3 shall be coterminous with the corporate <br /> boundaries of the City of St.Anthony. In addition,the budgets in both TIF districts are being modified to reflect actual <br /> project activity and to bring them into compliance with the State Auditor budget requirements. The Districts are located <br /> within Redevelopment Project Area No. 3 and are indicated on the attached map. <br /> The City Council has scheduled a public hearing on this matter pursuant to the Minnesota Tax Increment Financing Act <br /> ("Act")on March 14,2006,at approximately 7:00 P.M. The Act requires that prior to the adoption of a tax increment <br /> financing plan for a housing or a redevelopment tax increment district,the HRA must notify the County Board member <br /> representing the affected area at least 30 days prior to publishing the notice of public hearing. Please note that a draft of <br /> the tax increment financing plans will be sent to the County Auditor and School Board by February 10, 2006. <br /> We would like to solicit your comments and offer to meet with you at your convenience,if you so desire. In addition,we <br /> invite you to attend the public hearing on the modification of Redevelopment Project Area No.3 and the modification of <br /> the Chandler Place Tax Increment Financing District and Tax Increment Financing District No.3-5.
