Fischer,AIA-Project Principab=Analyst <br /> Michael has sixteen years of architectural experience as project principal, project manager, <br /> project designer and project architect on municipal planning, educational, commercial and <br /> governmental projects. He is a Vice President at LHB and currently leads the Community <br /> Design Group in LHB's Minneapolis office. Michael completed a two-year Bush Fellowship at <br /> the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999, earning Masters Degrees in City Planning <br /> and Real Estate 'Development. Michael has served on over 35 committees, boards and <br /> community task forces, including a term as City Council President and Chair of the <br /> Duluth/Superior Metropolitan Planning organization. He was one of four architects in the <br /> country to receive the "Young Architects Citation" from the American Institute of Architects in <br /> 1997. <br /> Jerry A.Putnam,AIA, CSI, CCS—Project Manager/Inspector <br /> Jerry is a senior architect in LHB's Minneapolis office with twenty-three years of experience in <br /> all phases of the architectural process, from pre-design through construction administration, <br /> including specialty consulting in investigations for buildings, building condition surveys, TIF <br /> inspections,code reviews, estimating and specification writing. <br /> Jerry is an active member in the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). He has been <br /> recognized by CSI for his dedication and leadership in the construction industry. In addition to <br /> being past president of the largest CSI chapter in the United States, he serves on many local, <br /> regional and national committees, and has given presentations at many specification writing <br /> classes and workshops. <br /> Duane C. Grace—Independent Building& Fire Codes Consultant <br /> Duane has contributed over 30 years as a certified, professional consultant in the field of <br /> Building and Fire Codes. He is currently accredited and certified as a Building Official for the <br /> State of Minnesota and the Council of American Building Officials, and a certified plan <br /> reviewer for the International Conference of Building Officials. He has had experience as a plan <br /> reviewer for large commercial and industrial projects in over 40 cities in the State of Minnesota <br /> and has worked with over 50 architectural firms throughout his career. <br /> Duane obtained a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Education through the University of <br /> Minnesota, Duluth.
