Additionally, applicants must submit ALL of the following information to City Hall by the <br /> Tuesday that is thirty (30) days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission or City Council meeting at which the request will be heard at a Public Hearing. <br /> 1.) Completed application for the specific request and payment of the fee. <br /> 2.) Complete survey and site plans of the subject property (including dimensions and <br /> elevations) showing the building, driveways, curb cuts, ingress, egress, etc., on the <br /> property and in relation to adjacent properties. <br /> N/A 3.) Explanation of materials to be used and plans for screening, landscaping,fencing and <br /> dumpster enclosures. <br /> N/A 4.) Drawings of completed buildings, if appropriate to the project, and materials used. <br /> N/A 5.) Storm water retention and drainage. The appropriate watershed district or water <br /> management organization are required to be notified of the project. <br /> 6.) A letter explaining the reason for the Conditional Use Permit.
