Body tanning salons are a permitted conditional use (Section 1635.03 (k)) and <br /> Ms. Tomberlin indicated that she has a tentative rental agreement with Al Esther, one of the owners of the St. <br /> Anthony Shopping Center. She is proposing to open the tanning salon in the end unit where Hansen's Gifts was <br /> previously. <br /> Staff provided Ms. Tomberlin with the City's requirements regarding a conditional use permit and a CUP <br /> application. On Friday,April 14, 2006, Ms. Tomberlin submitted a completed application, fees and additional <br /> information regarding her application.
