M. The Developer shall work with the City staff to assure overall <br /> coordination of building materials and colors within this PUD. All <br /> exterior elevations of all new buildings and any subsequent additions to <br /> those buildings shall be constructed with a preponderance of face brick, <br /> stone glass, EIFS, stucco and/or similar materials of like quality. <br /> Decorative masonry units, artificial stone and similar materials may be <br /> used as accent materials (not to exceed 10% of total surface area unless <br /> otherwise approved). <br /> N. No outdoor display or storage shall be allowed outside of any approved <br /> fenced outdoor sales area, except such seasonal sales areas in parking lot <br /> areas as may be shown on the approved plans. Any use of such seasonal <br /> sales areas shall be subject to the user first obtaining all applicable annual <br /> governmental approvals and/or permits. All fencing shall be of a wrought <br /> iron type design and shall be periodically maintained, as necessary, to <br /> ensure that it remains attractive. . <br /> O. No exterior displays shall be stacked over the height of the wrought iron <br /> type fencing of the outdoor display area. <br /> P. No exterior display or sale of motorized vehicles shall be allowed within <br /> this PUD. <br /> Q. No on-site promotion of overnight parking of campers, recreational <br /> vehicles, or similar vehicles by Developer or its tenants shall be allowed <br /> within this PUD, and Developer and/or its tenants shall, if requested by the <br /> City, post appropriate signage in the parking areas to indicate that such <br /> parking is prohibited. <br /> R. No overnight or long-term tractor-trailer parking shall be allowed except <br /> in truck dock areas. <br /> S. Planter boxes shall be periodically placed along the front fagade of the <br /> buildings. Locations and landscaping plans shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department. <br /> T. No products for sale shall be attached to any exterior walls. <br /> U. No carts shall be stored overnight, except within approved and screened <br /> storage areas, which shall include a masonry screen wall constructed to <br /> match building materials <br /> V. No new or used tires or other auto parts shall be displayed or stored <br /> outside of any building except within approved and screened storage <br /> areas. No inoperable vehicles shall be stored outside of any building. <br />
