We would <br /> like to expand office and administration space to a 2nd level in our building <br /> so we can continue to keep the St. Anthony location as our Corporate <br /> headquarters for our Branch locations in Fargo, Duluth, Mankato and our <br /> Distribution Center in Ramsey. St. Anthony offers us a good central <br /> location and has served us well with a great employee base. Without the <br /> ability to add additional parking spaces we will be forced to move many of <br /> our office and administration operations to our Ramsey facility. At that <br /> point we would downsize our location to a branch operation and lease the <br /> remaining space as a multi-tenant building.
