Proposed parking lot adjustments. <br /> Dear Mr. O'Brien, <br /> We have reviewed the space available between the existing building and property line for <br /> the west side parking lot to determine the maximum space between the back of curb and <br /> the west property line. <br /> The desired space of 2 feet was not allowing adequate space for parking stalls and drive <br /> isle. A drive isle of 23 feet is proposed with a space of 1.0 ft between the property line <br /> and back of curb. <br /> It is our recommendation that a minimum 23 ft drive isle be maintained for acceptable <br /> vehicle movement in and out of stalls when the parking lot is near capacity. <br /> If there were curb on both sides of the parking lot without the consideration of a building, <br /> the overall dimension needed would be less.
