Section 1335.07 Refuse and Recyclables. Every occupant must store and dispose of or recycle <br /> all refuse any recyclables in a clean, sanitary and safe manner as prescribed by City ordinances. <br /> Every owner of an apartment building must supply facilities for the sanitary and safe storage <br /> and/or disposal or recycling or refuse and recyclables.
