• CLOTHING&FURNITURE -The Ultimate in Recyclin6 <br /> The Salvation Army will be accepting clothing in clean,good condition.Clothing should be in boxes or ba6s.These items can be <br /> dropped off on Clean-Up Day on Max)2,2009 between 9:00am and 1:00pm at the City Public Works facility, <br /> 3801 Chandler Drive. Donation receipts will be available. Items that are worn,stained, or torn will be <br /> considered solid waste and charged a volume-based fee. <br /> Kiwanis will also be acceptin6 household goods and furniture donations at curbside for Bridging, a non-profit <br /> organization that benefits those in desperate need,including victims of family violence,disasters and the homeless <br /> to rebuild their lives with dignity and stability;"to bridge the bap between those who have and those who have <br /> not." The St.Anthony Kiwanis,for a$15 donation,will pick-up household and furniture donations for Bridging at <br /> curbside bg appointment only. Pick-up will be scheduled for Wednesday,April 29;Thursday,April 3l}and <br /> Friday,May 1. <br /> • AUTO BATTERIES-$1.00; HOUSEHOLD AND BUTTON BATTERIES-No Charge. <br /> Curbside Pick-Up is available only to those who have donations for Bridging or who are not able to take their <br /> diems to the Clean-Up event at Public Works.
