Staff advised Mr. Bjornrud of the process and the City's sign <br /> ordinance at 155.29 DISTRICT SCHEDULES, (D),states that while electronic signs are permitted with an <br /> approved CUP, flashing and animation are not (2)(a) and hours of operation are restricted (2)(b). Mr. <br /> Bjornrud indicated that animation had been planned as part of the software program the school district was <br /> interested in using for the electronic sign. <br /> Mr. Bjornrud was advised that he could present the CUP proposal before the Planning Commission at a <br /> concept review during the April 21St Planning Commission meeting.
