April 20, 2009 Kim, here is brief overview of our use, 1) We will use this space as a child care center. We want to provide a fun, loving, educational environment for young minds. The St Anthony Business Center will help us establish such a space. Our child care facility is designed to create a fun, loving and nurturing environment for our growing children. We believe that children have the desire to learn and grow and our skilled staff will nurture this need at an early age. Our staff consists of loving mothers and highly trained teachers who will provide an environment that values diversity, promotes family values and helps children reach their full potential. Our staff will implement safe and age appropriate lessons designed to foster a growing mind and we believe that the city of St. Anthony would be the right place to do so. 2) Our hours of operations will be from 6:00 am to 6:OOpm Monday through Friday. In order to accommodate the potential build up of traffic, we will offer rides to and from the center which will reduce the number of cars that come into our center everyday and also the traffic our daycare will cause. Parents are welcome to come and check on their children at any time, but since we will have scheduled parent-teacher conferences, we don't expect it to happen very often or cause any problems with our neighbors or the other tenants in our building. Since safety is our number one concern, outside play will be minimum and scheduled. More over, if you look at the site plan of St. Anthony Business Center, you will see the parking lot on the South end of the building, as well as the one way loop. The Southern parking lot will be used for parents to park and bring their children inside, and for pickup, the one way loop will easily accommodate the parents picking up their children, as there is enough space to stop as well as let traffic flow past. We believe that controlling our traffic and minimizing outside play, we will prevent conditions that may cause issues with our neighbors. 3) We got into this business to create a place where children could be creative,playful and nurture. To create such a space, we picked a building that is safe and have enough room where children could be children. We hired nurturing teachers who will give each child the individual attention that he/she needs. We also hired a health and safety person who will ensure that our policies and procurers as well as the city and state rules and regulation are carried out. Safety is our number one goal and we will take every step necessary to ensure the safety of the children we care for. 4) We believe that our center will be beneficiary to the city of St Anthony and surrounding area.
