M <br /> 4 <br /> The area is bounded on the R°==v11e <br /> east by Silver Lake Road, the <br /> north by Silver Lane, the west F.1- <br /> by Stinson Boulevard, and the Ii <br /> south by the railroad tracks sP.°l - <br /> that are north of 371"Avenue. <br /> Silver LakeF <br /> The entire Northwest Quadrant comprises 15% of the total <br /> area of the City of St.Anthony Village and contains the entire <br /> cross section of uses present in the city and can be broken <br /> into three distinct sections. The north section is a 70 acre, V. <br /> park-like area that has been operated by Salvation Army as <br /> a camp site and conference facility for over 75 years. The <br /> middle section is made up of Silver Lake, an approximately <br /> 75 acre body of water, and a small neighborhood of single <br /> family homes along the south shore of the lake. The south <br /> section —the subject of this document—currently contains a <br /> broad mix of uses including the 330,000 square foot, largely <br /> vacant Apache Plaza mall, a Cub food store, an apartment <br /> :3 complex of about 140 units, as well as a sizeable number of <br /> office, commercial and retail uses. <br /> M <br /> �j Study Area <br /> :3 August, 2003 <br /> M <br />
