VARIANCE APPLICATION <br /> Question #4 <br /> We are applying for a variance of the Ordinance for the purpose of making a single car <br /> garage into a double garage. Expanding the current garage by 6 feet allows for a standard <br /> 16 foot double garage door and adequate access on each side for getting into and out of <br /> vehicles. There are two cars used by the residents and this would enable both cars to be <br /> parked indoors year round. <br /> The addition is planned to stay true with the current character of the house and <br /> neighborhood. A Moot gable will be used on this side of the home for water drainage to <br /> comply with the 30" from property line Ordinance. <br /> No changes in size will be made to the current(double wide) driveway. The purposed six <br /> foot addition would be within the 35% lot coverage maximum. <br />
