Mr. Bronk and Ms. Caitlin Goff have also come before the Planning Commission at its September 20, <br /> 2011 meeting for a concept review of the site and facility plan. <br /> The Planning Commission reviewed the site plan and provided feedback to this proposed project. <br /> The next step will be for the LaNel Group to present their final development plan in a public hearing before the <br /> Planning Commission.
