CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -044 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY <br />FOR THE USE OF E -POLL PADS <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County has purchased electronic poll books from KNOWiNK for the <br />cities to use; and <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County has assigned eight electronic poll books for the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village to use at no cost; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of this agreement is from June 6, 2016 through February 28, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village will begin using the E -Poll Pads starting with <br />the Primary Election August 9, 2016; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby authorizes the agreement with Hennepin County for the use of E -Poll Pads. <br />Adopted this 10`h day of May, 2016. <br />Jerome O.
