CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 9:35 P.M. <br />6 11. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice -Chair Faust, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Cavanaugh and Thuesen. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF MARCH 10, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the March 10, 1998 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 10, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the February 10, 1998 HRA minutes as <br />is presented. <br />18 Vote on the motion: Ranallo, Marks, Cavanaugh, Thuesen voted aye. Faust abstained. <br />19 Motion carried. <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />22 A. Auditor: <br />23 1. Stuart Bonniwell in the amount of $1,415.00 for audit and preparation of <br />24 financial report of year ended December 31, 1996. <br />25 B. BRW Comprehensive Plan in the amount of $113.97 for professional services <br />26 rendered for period covering November 29, 1997 through January 20, 1998 for <br />27 City planning. <br />28 C. Firstar Bank Fiscal Agent Fees: <br />29 1. In the amount of $187.00 for Apache Plaza. <br />30 2. In the amount of $191.50 for Walbon. <br />31 D. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $690.00 for legal services rendered for <br />32 Chazin homes. <br />0 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
