Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />• April 14, 1998 <br />Page 2 <br />1 Cavanaugh questioned the philosophy of paying for park design with HRA funds. <br />2 Momson explained that the first $10,000 of the cost for park development was paid by <br />3 the General Fund, a percentage was paid by the Water and Sewer Fund and the remainder <br />4 is being paid by the HRA funds. He noted this is appropriate as park development is <br />5 related to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />F7 <br />7 VI. OTHER BUSINESS - None. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />8 VII.
