CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -049 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED ELECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village previously entered in an agreement with Ramsey <br />County for election services with an expiration of December 31, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of the amended agreement is from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2020; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the original terms of the agreement remain the same with the addition of the City's <br />responsibility for costs of a presidential primary in 2020 if authorized by the legislature. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />hereby approves the amended agreement for election services with Ramsey County. <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2016 <br />Jerome O.
