COUNTY AUDITOR’S CERTIFICATE AS TO <br />REGISTRATION OF BONDS AND TAX LEVY <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, hereby certify that there has been filed in my office a certified copy of a <br />resolution of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, in said County, adopted May 10, 2016, <br />awarding the sale, fixing the form and details and providing for the execution, delivery and <br />security of $1,510,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 2016A, of the City, to be <br />dated, as of June 2, 2016 and levying taxes for the payment of principal of and interest on said <br />Bonds. <br /> I further certify that said Bonds have been entered on my bond register and the tax <br />required by law for payment of the Bonds has been levied and filed, as required by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 475.61 to 475.63. <br /> WITNESS my hand and official seal this ______ day of _____________, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Ramsey County Auditor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />48
