The <br />estimate of potential benefits contained herein are based on a number of assumptions about estimated <br />Subscribed Energy Bill Credit Rates, Applicable Laws currently in place, NSP’s retail electrical rates, and a <br />number of other factors beyond the control of US Solar. Any estimate by US Solar herein or elsewhere <br />given to Project Subscriber as to any expected benefit to Project Subscriber from the Bill Credits at any <br />time or over any period of time is purely an estimate based on the information available to US Solar and <br />related assumptions at the time and is not a guarantee that any positive economic benefit will accrue to <br />Project Subscriber from the Bill Credits or that any specific amount of benefits will accrue to Project <br />Subscriber at any time, or over any period of time, or over the Term of the Agreement. <br />102
