<br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Date: May 24, 2016 <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution- Approving the Amended Election Services Agreement with Ramsey County <br /> <br /> <br />OVERVIEW: <br /> <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution to approve the amended election services agreement with <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />The City originally entered into an agreement with Ramsey County for election services on June 9, <br />2015. The term of that agreement is due to expire on December 31, 2016. The amended agreement <br />extends the term of the agreement for four additional years with the term expiring December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />The terms and conditions remain the same except for the addition of the City’s responsibility for costs <br />of a presidential primary in 2020 if authorized by the legislature. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />111
