CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -051 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Penrod Lane from 36'h Avenue NE to Skycroft Drive <br />• Skycroft Drive from Penrod Lane to Maplewood Drive <br />• Maple Wood Drive from Skycroft Drive to Highcrest Road <br />• Chelmsford Lane from 36th Avenue NE to Maplewood Drive <br />Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />• Silver Lake Court from Silver Lane to the cul -de -sac <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted this 14th day of June, 2016. <br />ATTEST: �Ad W <br />Nico a Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Jerome O.
