<br />Grants, Donations and Partnerships
<br />To help offset the cost of operations and capital equipment, Staff continues to participate in
<br />Federal, State and local grant programs. Donations from private sources along with City
<br />partnerships with local organizations also generate financial benefits. Since 1999 the City has
<br />received $19,807,114 in total grants and donations. When spread over a population of 8,583, this
<br />represents $2,308 per resident.
