Should the City Council agree to <br />amend the conditional use permit to allow the Applicant’s request to add additional seating on the <br />premises, staff recommends the adoption of the conditions outlined in this report. <br />The Planning Commission met on June 27, 2016, held a public hearing at which the Applicant spoke on <br />behalf of the request, and recommended approval of the CUP subject to the conditions outlined in the <br />resolution.
