<br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Mark Casey, City Manager <br />From: Breanne Rothstein, AICP, City Planner <br />Date: City Council Regular Meeting for July 12, 2016 <br />WSB Project No. 02170-360 <br />Request: Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a double-sided <br />dynamic display sign on the premises at 2727 Stinson Boulevard NE. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The application has been reviewed and appears to meet the requirements for issuance of a conditional <br />use permit. Therefore, staff recommends approval of the request for a conditional use permit to allow a <br />dynamic display sign on the property at 2727 Stinson Boulevard. <br />The Planning Commission met on June 27, 2016, held a public hearing at which the Applicant invited the <br />sign manufacturer to speak on behalf of the request, and added one additional condition regarding sign <br />hours of operation.
