c: <br />Section 220 — Code Enforcement Officer <br />220.01 Establishment of Code Enforcement Officer. The City Council may approve a <br />resolution to appoint one or more individuals as Code Enforcement Officers. A Code <br />Enforcement Officer shall be authorized to enforce all provisions of the St. Anthony City <br />Code. <br />220.02 Authorization to Issue Tags, The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, <br />and other City employees and individuals employed by departments contracting with the <br />City to provide necessary services, designated by the City Manager, to issue and serve <br />written or printed notice, hereinafter referred to as a "tag, " upon persons charged with <br />any violation of the St. Anthony City Code. The following individuals shall have the <br />authority to issue tags for violations of City ordinances: (a) peace officers and part -time <br />peace officers; (b) reserve officers; (c) community service officers; (d) code enforcement <br />officers; (e) building officials; and (fl fire inspection officers. <br />
