CALL TO ORDER(ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 10:25 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice -Chair Faust, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Cavanaugh and Thuesen. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 IH. APPROVAL OF JUNE 23, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the June 23, 1998 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 26, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the May 26, 1998 HRA minutes as <br />40 presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. Consulting Services: <br />22 1. Stuart J. Bonniwell in the amount of $2,000.00 for professional services <br />23 rendered for progress billing in connection with the audit and preparation <br />24 of the financial report of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. <br />25 Anthony for the year ended December 31, 1997. <br />26 B. Central Park Design: <br />27 1. BRW, Inc. in the amount of $889.31 for period covering April 25 through <br />28 May 29, 1998. <br />29 C. Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />30 1. BRW, Inc. in the amount of $1,045.00 for period covering March 28 <br />31 through April 24, 1998. <br />32 D. Tennis Courts: <br />33 1. Carlson Equipment: <br />34 a. In the amount of $101.18 for saw and blade. <br />b. In the amount of $303.53 for saw and blade. <br />49 C. In the amount of $44.73 for vibrator motor. <br />37 d.
