CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:55 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice -Chair Faust, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Cavanaugh and Thuesen. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 28, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the July 28, 1998 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 23,1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the June 23, 1998 HRA minutes as <br />0 presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. Tennis Courts: <br />22 1. Custom Courts. Inc. in the amount of $9,000.00 for color coat and line <br />23 stripes for six tennis courts. <br />24 2. Midwest Asphalt Corporation <br />25 a. In the amount of $384.79 for Class 5 for Project No. 200B. <br />26 b. In the amount of $547.63 for black dirt and misc. agg. for Project <br />27 No. 200. <br />28 C. In the amount of $427.81 for black dirt for Project No. 200. <br />29 3. Metro Athletic Supply, Inc. <br />30 a. In the amount of $49.13 for six tennis center straps and shipping <br />31 charges. <br />32 b. In the amount of $881.44 for six 41 foot tennis nets and shipping <br />33 charges. <br />34 4. T.A. Schifskv & Sons in the amount of $5,500.00 for labor, material and <br />equipment to install tennis court parking lot at City Hall. <br />5. Marshall Concrete Product <br />
