ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />4 <br />DECEMBER 7, 1998 <br />s <br />6 <br />7 <br />I. <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />e <br />The meeting was called to, order at 7:41 P.M. <br />9 <br />10 <br />H. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />11 <br />Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br />12 <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />13 <br />Also present: City Manager Mike Momson. <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />III. <br />APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 7,1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />17 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the December 7, 1998 HRA Meeting Agenda <br />18 <br />as presented. <br />19 <br />20 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />21 <br />22 <br />IV. <br />APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 27,1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />#3 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the October 27, 1998 HRA Minutes as presented. <br />25 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />26 <br />27 <br />V. <br />CLAIMS. <br />28 <br />Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br />29 <br />30 <br />A. TIF Administrative Costs: <br />31 <br />1. Hennepin County in the amount of $1,143.00 for County TIF administrative costs. <br />32 <br />B. St. Anthony Boulevard Demolition: <br />33 <br />1. Keys Well Drilling Co. in the amount of: <br />34 <br />a. $1,420.00 for labor, equipment and material to abandon the well at 2713 <br />35 <br />St. Anthony Boulevard. <br />36 <br />b. $1,450.00 for labor, equipment and material to abandon the well at 2716 <br />37 <br />St. Anthony Boulevard. <br />3e <br />C. Payments to Developers: <br />39 <br />1. Central Investment Corporation in the amount of $12,500.00 in accordance with <br />40 <br />the terms and conditions of the Redevelopment Contract between Nedegaard <br />41 <br />Construction Company and the City of St. Anthony HRA. <br />42 <br />D. TIF Financial Services: <br />43 <br />Sprin sg ted in the amount of $3,003.00 for financial advisory services performed from <br />44 <br />June 1, 1998 through August 31, 1998 with regard to TIF District cash flow analysis. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />47 <br />
