CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:46 P.M. <br />6 IL ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 14, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the January 14, 1997 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 1 Motion carried unanimously, <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 18,1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the December 18, 1996 HRA minutes as <br />46 presented. <br />18 <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />19 <br />V. PRESENTATION <br />OF CLAIMS. <br />20 <br />Motion <br />by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />21 <br />A. <br />Will Associates. Inc. in the amount of $5,750.00 for professional <br />22 <br />services rendered August 28, 1996 through October 27, 1996 for Community <br />23 <br />Service Center. <br />24 <br />B. <br />American En ing eering Testing. Inc. in the amount of $278.10 for project testing <br />25 <br />services from November 16, 1996 to December 15, 1996'for City <br />26 <br />Hall/Community Center. <br />27 <br />C. <br />Bill Bruce AIV Design & Production in the amount of $105.00 for December 16, <br />28 <br />1996 Meeting with Architect. <br />29 <br />D. <br />Firstar in the amount of $386,615.00 for St. Anthony 1991A GO Refunding <br />30 <br />Bonds dated January 1, 1991 for Kenzie Terrace. <br />31 <br />E. <br />Firstar in the amount of $38,212.50 for St. Anthony 94A GO Tax Increment <br />32 <br />Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1994 for Walbon Property. <br />33 <br />F. <br />R. David Photography in the amount of $543.15 for camera sessions with City <br />34 <br />Councilmembers and Mayor. <br />G. <br />Graus Construction in the amount of $353,579.55 for Pay Application No. 12 for <br />6 <br />St. Anthony Community Center. <br />
