ANTHONY <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />1997 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />TIME AND PLACE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />GENERAL NATURE OF St. Anthony, Minnesota, will meet in the City Council <br />IMPROVEMENTS: Chambers in the City of St. Anthony on the 11th day of <br />February, 1997, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, to consider objections to the proposed assessments <br />for 1997 Street Improvements, heretofore ordered by the <br />City Council. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL The proposed assessment roll is on file with the City Clerk <br />OPEN TO INSPECTION: and open to public inspection. <br />AREA PROPOSED The area proposed to be assessed consists of every lot, piece <br />TO BE ASSESSED: or parcel of land benefitted by said improvement, which has <br />been ordered made is as follows: <br />1997 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br />This project consists of street reconstruction and <br />replacement of water main and storm sewer lines on the <br />following streets in the City of St. Anthony: <br />1. Roosevelt Street, between 35th Avenue NE and 37th <br />Avenue NE <br />2. 35th Avenue NE, between Stinson Boulevard and <br />Harding Street <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF The total amount proposed to be assessed is $162,723.38. <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT: <br />WRITTEN OR ORAL Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing. <br />OBJECTIONS: <br />
