CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 97 -017 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 14th day of January, 1997, <br />fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />1997 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm <br />sewer on the following streets: <br />Roosevelt Street, between 35th Avenue NE and 37th Avenue NE <br />35th Avenue NE, between Stinson Boulevard and Harding Street <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br />hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 11th day of <br />February, 1997, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />Resolution adopted the 11th day of February, 1997. <br />Adopted this day of , 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />17 <br />
