Resolution 97 -019 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Northdale Construction in the amount of $570,547.33 in the name of the <br />City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above referenced <br />project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
