ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 97 -OOD <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON DRAFT <br />1997 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />1997 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br />This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and <br />storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br />1. Roosevelt Street, between 35th Avenue N.E. and 37th Avenue N.E. <br />2. 35th Avenue N.E., between Stinson Boulevard and Harding Street <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $636,852.64. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 11th <br />day of February 1997, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 <br />P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />1997. <br />
