CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 97 -OOA DRAFT <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING <br />LOCATION CHANGE <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony's voters residing in Ramsey County Precinct 1 have voted at <br />the northwest corner of Apache Plaza for many years; and <br />WHEREAS, due to the redevelopment taking place at Apache Plaza, it has become <br />necessary to change said polling location; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of several locations, it has been determined that the <br />most favorable polling location for voters residing in the Ramsey County <br />portion of St. Anthony is the storage garage situated just north of the <br />City's Public Works facility at 3805 Chandler Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony hereby approves relocation of the polling place for Ramsey County Precinct 1 <br />voters to 3805 Chandler Drive in the City of St. Anthony, County of Ramsey. <br />Adopted this day of , 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />
