This year we <br />are asking for a three percent increase, realizing that there are <br />some levy constraints that limit the increase you 3808 X243. could allow. When this is done I will be <br />contacting you to schedule a time to come to a council meeting and <br />present the new agreement, and at that time would be happy to also <br />update you on services being received by <br />including with this letter a program acti iy <br />t our residents.
